Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped as soon as possible after we receive them. Most products are sent by Royal Mail, heavier items by courier. Because many items are substantially discounted these are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer in order to lower overall costs and pass the savings on to you. These can therefore take longer to arrive, in rare cases up to 15 working days, but normally sooner. Orders which weigh over 2kg will be sent by courier and may take longer.

Delivery charges are calculated in the checkout process. To see how much your delivery charges would be just add the items you would like then view the basket – estimated delivery charges are shown at the bottom of the page.

Missing items: We retain proof of posting on most items but cannot refund or redeliver outside the conditions of Royal Mail or the couriers used whose conditions are not before 20 days.

Shipping Europe & Rest of World

As with the UK orders are dispatched as soon as possible after we receive them. Orders are sent by Airmail; please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Orders over 1kg will be sent by courier and may take longer.

Returns: If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt. As long as they are in a saleable condition you will receive a full refund. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As the buyer you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
