Last orders by Royal Mail in time for Christmas will be 19th December for weights under 2KG and 13th Dec for heavier parcels by courier. For special requests and rush orders outside these dates please call us, we'll do our very best.
Shipping (UK)
Orders are sent out as soon as possible after we receive them. Please allow 3-5
days for delivery. Orders are usually sent out by Royal Mail, orders which weigh
over 2kg will be sent by courier and may take longer. If we are unable to send
your order we will contact you by email and let you know when it will be
shipped.
Delivery charges are calculated in the checkout process. To see
how much your delivery charges would be just add the items you would like then
view the basket – estimated delivery charges are shown at the bottom of the
page.
Delivery: Most products are sent by Royal Mail, heavier items by courier. Because many items are substantially discounted these are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer in order to lower overall shipping costs, you accept that these can therefore take longer to arrive, in rare cases up to 20 working days.
Missing items: We retain proof of posting on most items but cannot refund or redeliver outside the conditions of Royal Mail or the couriers used whose conditions are not before 20 days.
Shipping Europe & Rest of World
As with the UK orders are dispatched as soon as possible after we receive them.
Orders are sent by Airmail; please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Orders over 1kg
will be sent by courier and will take considerably longer.
Availability: We list availability information for products
sold by us on each product page. If an item is shown at 0 or - stock you are
able to pre order. You can choose to pre pay or call us with
credit/debit card details. Items out of stock will usually be dispatched within
2-3 weeks. You will be kept informed by email.
Returns: If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered,
you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt. As long as they are in a
saleable condition you will receive a full refund. This is in line with The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As the buyer you are
responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are
sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns
go missing.
