Conditions of Use

Discounts apply to each individual shade sold in packs of 10 NOT for a mixture collectively (i.e. 4 of one plus 6 of another). We don't split packs; this being in order to preserve dye lot consistency and avoid damages.

Delivery: Most products are sent by Royal Mail, heavier items by courier. Because most products are substantially discounted these are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer in order to lower costs and pass the savings onto you. You accept that these can therefore take longer to arrive, in rare cases up to 15 working days but normally sooner.

Missing items: We retain proof of posting on most items but cannot refund or redeliver outside the conditions of Royal Mail or the couriers used whose conditions are not before 20 days.
